This is an easy recipe which is ready in less than five minutes. The carrot has a lot of benefits; if you’re interested you can read my old post here. I actually serve this as a dessert because it’s sweet.
30 grams raisins
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon vinegar or lemon juice
1 tablespoon water
How it’s made
Step 1: Slice the carrots using an Y peeler. Put them into a bowl.
Step 2: Add the raisins and the other ingredients and mix.
Step 3: It’s done.
