1 yellow bell pepper
1 basil leaf for decoration (I have to mention that is the first time when I’m using fresh basil and this is from my own garden. You can read my older post about my garden here).
For salad dressing: 3 tablespoons sunflower oil, 2 tablespoons white vinegar, tarragon, oregano, flax seeds, Kosher salt and black pepper.
How it’s Made?
Step 1 : Beat the eggs with a little salt and cook them into a pan until ready.
Step 2 : Cut the onion, the yellow bell pepper and the tomatoes.
Step 3 : Prepare the dressing by mixing the ingredients and put it over the vegetables. Mix again.
Step 4 : Arrange everything in a plate and decorate with basil leaf.
