The hot weather continues so we need something cooling and refreshing. We also need something healthy with a lot of vitamins, so I thought it might be perfect a smoothie.
2 diced green apples
juice of one lemon
2 mint leaves (dried mint is good, too)
1-2 tablespoons sugar or honey
200 ml cold water
How it’s made?
Step 1: Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix.
Step 2: Pour in a glass and serve immediately!
