A simple and easy recipe perfect for those hot days or if you’re vegan. So let’s see together what we need.

Ingredients

vegetable ingredients carrot onion bell pepper2 sliced onions
2 cloves of garlic
3 bell peppers (red and yellow)
2 carrots
150 grams green peas
150-200 ml water
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
parsley or dill
salt and pepper

How it’s Made

Step 1 : Using the sunflower oil, chill onion, garlic, carrots, bell peppers with caraway seeds.

Step 2: When they become golden, add the peas.

Step 3: Add the water and cook until the vegetables soften.
Step 4: Add salt, pepper and green herbs.
Step 5: Mix carefully and serve!
