Sometimes when is just too much food in the fridge and I know that I am not going to eat soon, I freeze it. It’s the most practical and economical thing in the world and you can serve that food later. You can keep it in the freezer at most 2-3 months and it is perfect easy to serve.
Put cooked food into a small plastic box and then give it in the freezer. When you want to eat that food, just grab the ice-food cube and heat on the stove until it melts.
You can always add more spices if you consider is necessary. In just 7 minutes I obtained a wonderful green beans food. Of course, you have to prepare it first before freezing, but this method is a really time and food saver sometimes.
