For today, I propose you a peculiar food. I know that millet is used in most regions of the world as bird food, but it has a lot of benefits for our health. 1/2 cup millet
3 cups water
1 small red bell pepper
garlic and onion (optional)
salt and black pepper
How It’s Made
Step 1: Put water, millet, carrot and red bell pepper in a cooking pot on the stove.
Step 2: Cook the ingredients for about 25-30 minutes.
Step 3: Add salt, pepper and dill.
Step 4: Serve!
