Healthy Mixed Vegetables

When you want a simple and a healthy snack and you don’t know what to choose, I recommend you to mix some vegetables. Try classical combinations and you will not fail. I mixed carrots, broccoli and cauliflower and steamed them for about 10 minutes. You can also use ready-made frozen bags of vegetables if you find this option easier. Simple, healthy and tasty, all at the same time. Enjoy! 🙂

  1. I also like steamed vegetables but I used them for my dinner usually, along with fish or meat :D. You can also squeeze some lemon on top of the vegetables :D.
