I know that most of the time I post vegetarian food (not totally true, because I also use eggs and dairy products in my recipes) and a lot of people who are following my blog are asking me if I’m vegetarian. My answer is NO. I do eat meat and here is the proof! Baked potatoes, skinless chicken breast, carrots and black radishes salad.
The idea of this menu is really simple:
- Meat — for proteins
- Potatoes — for carbohydrates
- Fresh Salad — for improved digestion
This menu is perfect in your workout days, because it provides enough protein and carbohydrates for achieving your tasks.
Remember that meat is hard to digest and therefore it should always be associated with fresh vegetable salad.
