Easter Herbs

It’s May, the 1st and we slowly prepare for Easter. We bought some dill, parsley and lovage to use them in our special dishes. Added to the end of any preparation, they offer extra freshness. Make sure you stay near those days, because I will come with interesting new posts.

    1. I usually use lovage after the dish is prepared to give a fresh taste. Now that you mentioned, I have in my mind a Spring soup recipe (which includes lovage) that I am going to try. I’ll come back with the recipe these days. Thank you for the comment and for the inspiration. 🙂
