The weather has been very hot, here in Romania, and I have been eating ice cream everyday. I’m excited to share these easy and healthy Fruit Popsicles today! The great news is that these Popsicles don’t have a lot of calories, so they are good for you even if you are on a diet. 🙂
I really enjoyed making these fruit popsicles, because they take just 20 minutes or less to prepare and they are super easy. Simply cut fresh fruits and put them in the popsicle mold. You can use freshly squeezed juice to fill out the molds or you can use a simple vanilla syrup (water + sugar + vanilla extract) as I did.
How It’s Made?
Step 1: Dice apricots and slice kiwis.
Step 2: Place the fruits in molds/cups and add the liquids leaving 1/2 inch at the top.
Step 3: Insert craft sticks into each mold/cup. Place in the freezer for a few hours until firm.
Step 4: To remove the Popsicles from the molds/cups, run under hot water for just a few seconds.
