Apricot Summer Dessert

Apricot Yogurt Dessert
8 apricots
200 g light yogurt
6 simple vanilla biscuits
150 ml water
150 g sugar

How It’s Made?
Step 1: Place the apricots in a small saucepan with the water and the sugar. Simmer for about 10 minutes or until soft and plump, then remove from the heat and allow to cool.
Step 2: Crumble the biscuits and divide them between two glasses, then add the yogurt and the fruits.

Okay I had this last night exactly as your recipe states and had enough apricots left to make one today with graham crackers instead of the vanilla biscuits and I put cinnamon in the apricots. First I have to tell you, I hate apricots. Always have. But my son had given me some and I really wanted to use them. This was so delicious (both versions), I have revised my opinion of apricots. Thank you, thank you. My husband even liked it and he hates apricots too. LOL.
