  1. Thanks for sharing this again Adrian. Always good to be reminded about these herbs to help us through the cold season.

    I prepare fresh ginger root, 5 cloves (good for lining of the digestive wall) and 3 tsp. of lemon or orange zest. I do that every night.

    Thanks for following my blog Adrian. Please forgive me that I have not been by to read or comment on your posts lately. I will make more of an effort to do so.
