Cookies With Nuts and Quince Jam

7 tablespoons sugar
7 tablespoons vegetable oil
7 tablespoons water
1/2 package baking powder
1 package vanilla sugar
1 jar quince jam
100 g ground walnuts
200 – 230 g flour

How It’s Made?

1. Mix sugar with vegetable oil, water, vanilla sugar, baking powder and flour. Knead the dough and stretch a thin sheet.
2. Mix the jam with ground walnuts and put the composition over the thin sheet. Roll and then cut into 1 cm thick slices.
3. Arrange the slices on a tray, greased with butter and dusted with flour, and cook for about 25-30 minutes.
4. Let them cool and dust with powdered sugar.
