Leftover Pork Sandwich

Hey everyone! Hope this finds you well. I have been quite busy lately with projects for university and didn’t have much time to post new articles here. I have so many things to share with you and I hope I’ll find some more time next week.

Leftover Pork Sandwich

Today I present you a simple recipe that can come in handy when you have leftovers in your fridge. It would have been much better if I had posted this recipe after the New Year’s Day, but I guess never is too late. After reading this recipe you’ll have an idea what to with leftover pork, instead of throwing it in the trash bin.

4 slices of bread
some butter
some mustard
leftover roasted pork

How It’s Made?
Step 1: Coat the bread with butter, then add a thin layer of mustard.
Step 2: Use a fork to cut pork into small pieces.
Step 3: Put the meat on the slice of bread and you are almost ready.
Step 4: In this moment you can eat the sandwich as it is, but it will be much better if you toast it in a sandwich maker.

  1. Hi Adrian,

    Aren’t leftover great.

I just stopped by to invite you to a blog quest I will have at my blog Recipes for a Healthy You. Her name is Grace Simpson and she will be speaking on “Going Organic”. She has several themes to discuss over the next 4 to 5 weeks.

You can read about her first appearance on January. 20, 2014 after 2:00 p.m. Standard Mountain Time.

Even if you have not thought about Going Organic here’s an opportunity to hear the pros and benefits of organic eating. Or have you thought about it but are not sure where to start? Then this is your opportunity.

It’s free and if you do attend the blog posts over the next month I will send you via e-mail a FREE e-book “Nutrition and Your Health…Tips to Eat Well and Live Healthy”.
I hope you will be able to read the blog posts.

To get the FREE e-book just like the post each time it is posted and I will see your Gravatar to show attendance.

Please invite others you think would be interested.
Thanks for your time and consideration.
