Valentine’s Day is approaching, so I decided to share a few recipes with you. Today I present you a simple seasonal salad that can be served with any kind of meat and it’s perfect for this special day.
How It’s Made?
Step 1: Cut thin slices of black radishes and carrot.
Step 2: Using a small heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut the vegetables into heart shapes.
Step 3: In a bowl toss together the vegetables, the lemon juice, the oil, the herbs, and salt and pepper to taste.
