It’s not really a secret that I love adding herbs in every dish I prepare. If you are a follower, then you know that I like to try different combinations and I can’t imagine food without spices. We all love fast-food, even though it’s not healthy and that’s why I want to show you a home version of spicy chicken drumsticks. If you think it might be too spicy for your taste, you can reduce the quantities.
1 kg chicken drumsticks
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 tablespoon ginger powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon rosemary
sunflower oil (or other kind of tasteless oil)
How It’s Made?
Step 1: Mix the spices and sprinkle them in the sunflower oil.
Step 2: Coat the chicken drumsticks with oil and let them marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3: Cook the chicken drumsticks in a tray covered with parchment paper until they become golden.
