Grapefruit Salad with Arugula and Sunflower Seeds

The Spring Food series continues, so here is the recipe of the day. The grapefruit and arugula are a great combination for a unique and easy-to-prepare salad that can accompany almost any meal. You can even add quinoa or millet to create a more consistent dish.

Grapefruit Arugula Salad
Ingredients:
1 large bunch arugula leaves
1 pink grapefruit
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
salt and pepper

How It’s Made?
Step 1: Peel the grapefruit and cut out each section between the membrane.
Step 2: Prepare arugula by washing and drying. Mix the ingredients together and serve immediately.
