A few days ago I was browsing through my recipe files and I found this old cookie recipe. I almost forgot how good these cookies are, so refreshing and reinvigorating. I had to share with you this recipe which is perfect for breakfast, served along with a big cup of milk. Enjoy!
180 g white sugar
120 g margarine or butter
1 packet vanilla sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
200 g flour
a pinch of salt
1 bunch of fresh mint
How It’s Made?
Step 1: Mix the sugar with margarine until you obtain a soft cream.
Step 2: Add the egg, the vanilla sugar and the baking soda and mix well.
Step 3: Combine flour with salt and add them to the wet ingredients.
Step 4: Mince the mint leaves and incorporate them into the dough.
Step 5: Make small cookies and cook them on parchment paper for 10-15 minutes or until they turn golden.
