Egg and Avocado Breakfast Sandwich

This is an excellent recipe for breakfast. It takes only a couple of minutes to prepare and it’s extremely healthy. It has everything you need for starting a perfect day. The avocado contains high amounts of antioxidants that protect your eyes and heart. Also, the potassium present in avocado regulates blood pressure. The eggs add a little protein, so you won’t feel hungry for a couple of hours after serving breakfast and you will feel right all day long.

Egg and Avocado Breakfast Sandwich

1 avocado
2 eggs
2 slices of toasted bread

How It’s Made?
Step 1: I’ve blended the avocado with a bit of onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper before spreading it on bread. You can use pure avocado if you prefer so (or use your favorite guacamole recipe).
Step 2: Prepare fried eggs and settle them over the bread. Enjoy!

  1. I have recently seen eggs and avocado on toast haha! This is amazing! I have bought an avocado to make a puree out of it but it is not “done” yet. I need to leave it ripen for a few more days.
