Oaty Raisin Cookies

Quick, easy and perfect with warm milk or natural yogurt. These cookies are amazingly easy to make, extremely healthy and tasteful. Enjoy!

Oaty Raisin Cookies

Ingredients:
50g margarine or butter
50g caster sugar
50g wholemeal flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon honey
80g porridge oats
50g raisins

How It’s Made?
Step 1: In a large bowl, mix the margarine/butter and sugar together until soft, then beat in the honey.
Step 2: Add the egg and the cinnamon powder and mix well.
Step 3: In another bowl, combine the flour, the baking powder, the oats and the raisins and mix them together before adding them to the butter mixture.
Step 4: Use a spoon to make cookies and place them on the baking sheet.
Uncooked Oaty Cookies
Step 5: Heat oven to 180° C and bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
Step 6: Leave them on the tray for a minute before transferring them to a cooling tray.
Step 7: Store in an air tight container and enjoy.
