No-Bake Recipe: Coconut Snowballs

No Bake: Coconut Snowballs

Hello everyone!

Hope this finds you well. I’ve been extremely busy lately, splitting myself between work and school and I haven’t been active on this blog for a while. Now I have some free time and I’ll try to organize and arrange some upcoming posts for 2015.

Being so busy, I barely had time for cooking, but I still wanted to come with a few last-minute Christmas ideas. The Coconut Snowballs are very easy to do, very festive and can be a wonderful gift for a friend. Just wrap them in a plastic bag with a red ribbon and you can’t go wrong.

500 g biscuits
400 g strawberry jam (or whatever jam you like)
150 g butter
300 g desiccated coconut

How It’s Made?
Step 1: Blend the biscuits and mix them with melted butter, strawberry jam and 225 g desiccated coconut.
Step 2: Stir well the mixture, form balls and pass them through desiccated coconut.
Step 3: Store in a refrigerator. The coconut snowballs stay good for 7-10 days.
