Vegetarian Tofu Sandwich

Who doesn’t like sandwiches? They’re so great, because you can take them with you wherever you go. Another reason I like sandwiches so much is that they’re ready in a few minutes.

Vegetarian Tofu Sandwiches

This Vegetarian Tofu Sandwich may not be easy to carry in a lunch box, but it can be easily assembled if you have the main ingredients. The Vegetarian Tofu Sandwich is full in proteins and due to broccoli sprouts it has detox properties. Sunflower seeds provide a lot of minerals including: vitamin E, copper, vitamin B1, manganese, selenium, phosphorus, magnesium, vitamin B6, folate and vitamin B3. Not a fan of Tofu? Don’t worry. Try this recipe and I promise you won’t regret.
