Who can resist chocolate? It’s such a great treat, but what if you add peanuts and dried cranberries? You’ll have something divine and using a mixture of dark and white chocolate you can’t go wrong. Also this can be a wonderful gift for your friends and family.
100 g white chocolate
100 g dark chocolate
50 g peanuts
50 g dried cranberries (or other kind of dried fruits: raisins, apricots etc.)
How It’s Made?
Step 1: Melt dark chocolate on bain-marie and pour it on a parchment-lined tray.
Step 2: Melt white chocolate on bain-marie and pour it over the dark one.
Step 3: Using a toothpick combine the two chocolates by creating a nice model (you can move the toothpick clockwise in circles to create swirls).
Step 4: Sprinkle peanuts and dried cranberries.
Step 5: Let it cool until it becomes solid again.
