How It’s Made?
Step 1: Take a sharp paring knife and score the skin of the orange in pie segments.
Step 2: Cut slices off the poles of the orange, making sure you cut just past the pith to expose the fruit underneath. Do the same with the grapefruit. You need nice citrus slices.
Step 3: Peel the banana and slice it.
Step 4: Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix well until everything is smooth.
