1 medium carrot
1 garlic clove, minced
1 small bunch fresh parsley
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
salt and black pepper
How It’s Made?
Step 1: Grate the beetroots and the carrot.
Step 2: Slice the spring onion and chop the fresh parsley.
Step 3: Put the grated vegetables, spring onion and parsley into a bowl.
Step 4: Mix olive oil, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, salt and pepper to create the dressing.
Step 5: Pour the dressing over the raw mixture. Mix it all together and plate up!
