Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Time passes so fast. Two more days and we’ll reach the end of this month. We can still find Brussels sprouts at the market, so here is a very simple and interesting recipe. It requires few preparations and it is ready in almost half an hour. This recipe is a basic one, especially if you have never tried Brussels sprouts before. Enjoy!

Brussels Sprouts Recipe

500 g fresh Brussels sprouts
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4-5 cloves of garlic
1/2 lemon

How It’s Made?
Step 1: Cut off the brown ends of the Brussels sprouts and pull off any yellow outer leaves.
Step 2: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease a tempered glass bake ware, and spread the Brussels sprouts and the peeled garlic inside of it.
Step 3: Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle kosher salt and pepper over the Brussels sprouts.

Step 4: Cook in the oven at 200° C for 30-40 minutes until tender in the inside and crispy on the outside.
Step 5: When it’s done, squeeze the juice of a half a lemon over the sprouts and serve immediately.

  1. I love roasting them too, delicious & more sweeter right? I love to add some vegan hot stock & carrot slices too! or some fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme! MMMM!
