Pasta with zucchini and garlic is an amazing recipe, ideal for this period of the year and made with simple and fresh ingredients. I don’t remember if I’ve said it before, but I love pasta simply because it’s so versatile. You can do so many things with it and experience new tastes every time. You just have to change a few ingredients and you have a completely new recipe. Zucchini goes well with garlic and Parmesan and pasta offer consistency, so you can easily serve this recipe as a main course at lunch or dinner.
150 g pasta
2 garlic cloves
50 g Parmesan cheese or other type of cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
How It’s Made?
Step 1: Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.
Step 2: Meanwhile, cut the zucchini into rounds and mince the garlic.
Step 3: Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook zucchini and garlic for 5 minutes or until tender.
Step 4: Drain pasta and put it in the pan over the cooked zucchini.
Step 5: Add grated Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper and enjoy.
